Since October 2007 the Access Statement has become a mandatory element of the grading process.

You will need to present it annually to the Quality Adviser at your assessment. You can also send a copy to us and it can be updated onto your section of www.visitwales.com

This factsheet has been produced by Visit Wales to help businesses in all sectors of the tourism industry to understand Disability Discrimination legislation and also to ensure that visitors have reliable information when deciding to stay.
